Lincoln Transportation and Utilities is inviting residents to learn more about a major water main replacement project in the West “A” neighborhood. A virtual open house is scheduled for Tuesday evening with a presentation beginning at 6 p.m.
That will be followed by a question-and-answer session. The $2.12 million project will replace aging 50-year-old water mains on several streets in the neighborhood to improve water service. Construction is expected to begin this summer and wrap up in the fall.
