There were 1,481 new claims filed that week compared to 1,311 new claims filed the week ending May 1st. New Pandemic Unemployment Assistance claims totaled 4 compared to 10 last week.
Regular claims totaled 6.881 for the week ending May 8th, a drop of 389 from the week before. Regular PUA claims last week totaled 2,521 compared to 2.555 the week ending May 1st.
