Matt Innis will not faces charges from a altercation at the Nebraska Republican Party convention. The Nebraska Examiner reports Innis received a letter from Buffalo County Attorney Shawn Eatherton that
“Based on the information this office received and a review of the evidence, please be advised our office has decided NOT to file a case against you at this time,”
