Lincoln Police and LFR were called to 80th and Myrtle at 11:30 Monday evening to investigate a car fire.
It was determined the fire was intentionally set.
The vehicle, a 2003 Hyundai Sonata was reported stolen on July 24th from the 1000 block of Rosewood. The keys had been left inside and the doors were unlocked.
This is being investigated as an arson and the investigation continues.
Lincoln Police again stress the importance of removing the keys and locking doors when vehicles are left unattended.
