Former State Senator Mike Groene
The Nebraska Attorney General’s office will not prosecute for State Senator Mike Groene of North Platte. According to the Suzanne Gage, a spokesperson for the Attorney General, an investigation by the Nebraska State patrol found insufficient evidence to warrant a criminal prosecution.
The Nebraska Examiner reports Groene said he feels vindicated.
