Lincoln Police were called to the 900 block of S 29th Street just after 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 7th on a report of a belated firing of gunshots.
A neighbor had waited about three hours before calling LPD. Officers did find damage to the front window of a home in the neighborhood.
That resident was contacted and told officers no one was home at the time of the incident. There were three suspected bullet impacts found inside the home. The caliber size is unknown at this time.
The investigation is ongoing. Damage is estimated at $400.
