Lincoln Police hope to have more information soon involving Sunday’s shooting in the parking lot at Seacrest Field at 1000 S. 70th Street that left two people injured.
The Criminal Investigation Unit states the 24 year old woman who was shot and later located in the area of 70th and O Street is now in stable condition and investigators hope to interview her soon.
The 19 year old male who was found in the parking lot remains in critical but stable condition and has not yet been interviewed at this time.
The shooting happened around 2:30 p.m. Police received reports that shots had been fired in the area. No suspects have been identified and anyone with information is asked to contact Lincoln Police at 402-441-6000 or Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600.
