Lincoln – Lancaster County Emergency Management spent part of Wednesday assessing damage from the storms Tuesday evening.
Director Jim Davidsaver tells KLIN News, “I’ve received no reports of significant damage to public property or critical infrastructure and thankfully there were no injuries related to the storm.”
There was one report of a camper hurt when a trailer flipped near Greenwood in Cass County.
Davidsaver says he did receive several reports of damage to private property. That was mostly hail damage to out buildings, vehicles and trees.
The National Weather Service also sent out storm assessment teams to Lancaster County today to look for damage. There was a report of a tornado and debris along I-80 near the Pleasant Dale exit. Hail was significant with reports of 3-inch hail west of Lincoln.
