Lincoln Police were called to the 2500 block of North 9th Street around 8:50 Sunday night on a report of a disturbance and gunshots fired.
Officers located a 23 year old male victim with an injury to his leg. They also found a single 9mm casing in the parking lot where the victim was found.
The victim declined medical transport at the scene and was taken to a local hospital by private vehicle. His injury is not life-threatening.
The investigation is ongoing.
