The Lincoln Police Department is investigating a traffic crash at S. 84th Street and Augusta Drive that resulted in the death of a 24-year-old Lincoln man.
Saturday, June 11th at approximately 9:45 PM, a motorcycle was traveling northbound on S. 84th Street when it struck an SUV that was southbound, turning east onto Augusta Drive. The driver of the motorcycle died at the scene.
The Lincoln Police Department is working to notify the family of the man killed.
The investigation is ongoing and LPD is asking anyone who witnessed the crash to come forward with any information they have regarding the case including video evidence by calling the non-emergency number 402-441-6000 or Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600.
