Watch your speed on ‘O’ Street this weekend. Sergeant Chris Vollmer officers will be conducting high visibility enforcement efforts beginning tonight.
“It’s an increased presence to encourage safe driving and additional cruisers on the road for traffic enforcement,” says Sergeant Chris Vollmer.
He says they will be focusing their efforts on ‘O’ Street between 17th and 84th Streets from Friday night through Sunday. He says it’s their hope that raising awareness and the added enforcement will help reduce traffic crashes that result in injury or death.
