The ribbon was cut on the Scarlet Hotel on Nebraska Innovation Campus Friday afternoon. The 154 room Marriott Tribute Hotel also houses The Good Life Coffee Shop; the Well & Good, the hotel’s signature restaurant; and the Barred Owl, the rooftop bar with incredible views of Lincoln. The hotel’s restaurant, bar and coffee shop are open to the public and feature Nebraska-inspired cuisine and drinks.
Jeff Maul with the Lincoln Convention and Visitor’s Bureau told KLIN’s LNK Today with Jack and Friends this is a local destination. He says, “Whether it is an overnight getting away from home, enjoying the Barred Owl Lounge on the top floor or enjoying a great meal in their restaurant. This is destination environment there.”
