Two people are dead after a semi crash on I-80 in Seward County around 3:15 Thursday morning. Investigators say a semi occupied by two people was westbound near the Milford exit.
The driver lost control causing the semi to overturn. The Seward County Sheriff’s Office says the icy road conditions from the overnight snow are believed to be a factor in the crash. The driver and a passenger were pronounced dead at the scene.
The identities of the victims have not been released yet. The crash is being investigated by the Seward County Sheriff’s Office and Nebraska State Patrol.
