Lancaster County Reports COVID-19 Death Wednesday

The Lincoln Lancaster County Health Department reports another death from COVID-19, a woman in her 80’s who was hospitalized and unvaccinated. The total number of deaths is 431 in Lancaster County.

The Health Department reports 14 new cases on Wednesday. There are 24 people hospitalized with 16 from Lancaster County.

The Risk Dial is in green and the risk of spread and impact in the community is low.

The Health Department received its allotment of at-home test kits from the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. The kits are now available in the main lobby of LLCHD, 3131 ”O” St., during regular business hours. Test kits are also available at all Lincoln City Library locations.

Wednesday, March 30, 4 to 7 p.m., LLCHD
Thursday, March 31, 3:15 to 6 p.m., Fredstrom Elementary School, 5700 NW 10th St.
