The prosecution in the trial of Congressman Jeff Fortenberry is expected to wrap up its case today . During Tuesday’s testimony, jurors heard from FBI agents that interview Fortenberry in his Lincoln home and later in Washington, DC.
Jurors also heard audio from the two interviews, including the one in Fortenberry’s home which agents clandestinely documented on video. The Nebraska Examiner’s Paul Hammel reports the trial could go to the jury tomorrow or Friday.
