A theft investigation is underway after Lincoln Police were called to the Target store at 8201 S 40th Street around 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 19th.
An employee still inside the store heard an alarm sounding from one of their west side doors.
Police reviewed video that showed when the store closed, two men hid in a back storeroom. The men then emerged, went to the electronics area where they removed approximately $21,000 in various electronics and left through the west door tripping the alarm.
The two men were seen getting into a white SUV and leaving the scene.
