A 24 year old man is facing charges after an a alarm sounded at the Diamond Concrete Cutting company at 404 Hill Street at 1:50 a.m. Thursday.
The owner of the business called to report an alarm had been tripped. Officers arrived and saw Mason Stark climbing over a chain link fence that borders the business.
After a brief foot chase, Stark was taken into custody. Stark was in possession of a number of tools that included a pry-bar and a hammer. He was also in possession of a length of copper pipe.
Stark was booked for burglary, possession of burglary tools, and obstructing a police officer.
