A man woke up around 4:50 a.m. on Sunday to find his silver, 2009 Chevy Malibu engulfed in flames near NW 49th Street and W Gary Gately Street.
Surveillance cameras in the area showed two people who poured a liquid on the hood of the vehicle and then were seen lighting it on fire. Both then took off.
The Malibu was heavily destroyed and damage is estimated at $10,000.
