Lincoln Police were called to a home in at 9th and F Street around 3:30 Tuesday afternoon on a report of a weapon violation.
Police spoke with a 48 year old man who stated he had gotten into an argument with his roommate, 52 year old Sean Harvey and told him to move out. Harvey retrieved a kitchen knife and started threatening to assault the other man.
Officers located a kitchen steak knife at the scene. Harvey was booked for making terroristic threats and use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony.
No one was hurt.
