An alarm company notified Lincoln Police that glass had been broken at the Casey’s General Store at 1445 S 17th Street around 1:30 a.m. Sunday, February 20th.
Officers arrived to find that someone had used a rock to break a window to gain entry. Two suspects had entered the store and took boxes of Swisher Sweets cigars and then took off on foot.
Damage to the building is estimated at $2,000. The loss is estimated at $200.
Suspects have not been identified and the investigation continues.
