Lincoln Police are investigating after a woman’s body was found near a fire pit at her home. LPD was called to the home near 55th and Sherman around 8:00 Monday night.
The woman’s husband told officers he came home and found his wife dead near the pit with some burns on her body. LPD sergeant Chris Vigil says there are no signs of foul play or a struggle.
