Police say an argument ensued when she found his new girlfriend there. Lewis threatened to kill the 21 year old woman and eventually forced her way into the residence. LPD says after another argument inside the home Lewis grabbed a steak knife that was over ten inches long and tried to follow the two as they quickly left the apartment.
The man and the 21 year old victim locked themselves in his vehicle LPD says Lewis chased them with the knife and tried to get inside the locked car. She then stabbed the vehicle’s hood, creating several gouges in the metal and continued yelling threats.
Lewis eventually left when the ex-boyfriend called police. She was located a short time later and arrested for Terroristic Threats and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony.
