A 50-year-old Lincoln man has been sentenced to nearly 11 years in federal prison for his role in a methamphetamine distribution conspiracy. U.S. Attorney Lesley Woods says Jessie Feaster Jr. was sentenced Thursday to after pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute at least 500 grams of methamphetamine mixture and 50 grams of pure methamphetamine.
Investigators say Feaster was found with about a pound of methamphetamine after leaving a Lincoln residence under surveillance in October 2025. Laboratory testing showed the drugs contained at least 410 grams of pure methamphetamine.
A subsequent search of the residence uncovered more than 2.7 kilograms of methamphetamine. The resident, David Leibbrandt, told investigators he had received 10 pounds of methamphetamine earlier that day and had already sold more than three pounds, including the pound sold to Feaster.
Leibbrandt was sentenced last month to 11 years in federal prison. Feaster will serve five years of supervised release after his prison term. There is no parole in the federal prison system.
