The Nebraska Lottery says the winning ticket was purchased at Speedee Mart at 84th and Old Cheney.
The winning numbers in the September 27 Nebraska Pick 4 drawing were 02, 05, 03 and 05.
The ticket holder has 180 days from the drawing to claim the prize. Lottery prizes between $501 and $19,999 must be claimed by mail or at a Nebraska Lottery Regional Claim Center.
Nebraska Pick 4 is drawn daily, with players choosing four numbers from zero through nine. The Lottery says the odds of winning the $3,250 prize are 1 in 10,000.
