There are several filing deadlines for those interested in running for federal, state, and local offices for the May 10th Primary Election.
Lancaster County Election Commissioner David Shively says the incumbent filing deadline is 5 p.m. on Tuesday, February 15, 2022. This includes those filing for the same or a different office.
Non-incumbents and voters wishing to be delegates to their county party conventions must file by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 1, 2022.
