Lincoln Police are investigating after a two vehicle crash late Friday night at the intersection of ‘O’ Street and Russwood Parkway. Investigators say a Ford Fusion traveling eastbound on ‘O’ Street around 11:30 and tried to make a left turn onto Russwood Parkway.
LPD says the Fusion pulled into the path of a westbound Ford F-350 pickup towing a trailer. The pickup driver told police he was unable to stop before striking the car. Police say the two people inside the pickup were not injured.
There were five people in the Fusion and LPD says four of them were transported to local hospitals with what police say were minor injuries. The fifth person was not hospitalized.
