Lincoln residents have a chance to be part of one of the most unique sports entertainment events in the country. The Savannah Bananas are recruiting local workers for their upcoming Banana Ball World Tour stop in Lincoln June 11th through 13th.

Organizers are seeking team members to help create what they call a “Fans First” experience during the series at Haymarket Park and Memorial Stadium. Available positions include merchandise sales, ticket scanning, truck unloading, and merchandise logistics. The organization says local college students, athletes, and community groups are especially encouraged to apply.

Workers must be at least 18 years old and will earn 15 dollars per hour. Service hours are also available upon request. The Savannah Bananas have built a national following through their fast-paced, entertainment-focused version of baseball known as Banana Ball. The Lincoln stop is expected to draw large crowds as part of the team’s 2026 world tour.

Applications are now being accepted, with organizers calling it an opportunity to gain real-world experience while helping deliver one of the most popular fan experiences in sports. Click here for information and application.
