Eckmann was reported missing Monday after failing to return to the the facility from a job-seek furlough. Authorities say her electronic monitoring device was later found near 44th and Superior. Her sentence ranges from two-and-a-half years to just over six years. The Community Corrections Center–Lincoln is one of two community custody facilities operated by the state. As the least restrictive level of custody, eligible inmates may participate in employment opportunities, education programs and religious services with prior approval and without direct supervision.
