A flood watch remains in effect through Tuesday morning for areas of southeast Nebraska, including Lancaster County.
Flash flooding from excessive rainfall remains possible. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying, flood-prone areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
Two to five inches of rain have fallen across portions of southeast Nebraska and southwest Iowa. Additional rainfall is expected through Tuesday morning, with one to three additional inches expected.
