Lincoln Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help identifying suspects in two separate hit-&-run accident cases.
The first case occurred around 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, in the parking lot of City Laundry near 11th and Cornhusker Highway.
LPD Video Forensics Technician Becky Keller said police received a call that a car was hit in the parking lot. The incident was captured on camera, with the vehicle of interest, an older silver Chevy Uplander minivan, seen on camera hitting the victim’s vehicle and then driving away.
Prior to the accident, Keller says the driver and passenger of the minivan were inside the laundromat and captured on security camera.

The second case occurred around 2:13 a.m. on Thursday, April 16, 2026, in the Highlands area of north Lincoln.
Keller said Lincoln Police saw an older white GMC pickup truck blow through a stop sign after leaving a local bar. Officers reported the car reaching speeds of 65mph, as they pursued the truck.
When officers caught up and attempted to initiate a traffic stop, the truck did not slow down and continued through a residential neighborhood. Officers discontinued the pursuit for safety, still following the truck’s path of travel, and ultimately found the truck had fled after crashing into a small SUV parked on the street near NW 12th and West Fletcher.
Keller said the victim’s SUV was significant damaged, and no injuries were reported.
Officers backtracked to the bar, and to a nearby gas station near NW 1st and West Fletcher, where video was obtained of the male driver and his female passenger.
