The Nebraska women’s basketball team will be the No. 12 seed for the Big Ten Tournament, beginning Wednesday in Indianapolis. The Cornhuskers (18-11, 7-11 Big Ten) will face No. 13 seed Indiana in the first round Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. Pregame coverage will begin at 2 p.m. on KLIN and B-107.3. The winner of the Hoosiers and Nebraska will take on No. 5 seed Ohio State Thursday at roughly 2:30 p.m., with the winner of that game facing No. 4 seed Minnesota on Friday at roughly 2:30 p.m.
The Huskers started the season 14-2 before dropping nine of 11 games. Nebraska closed the regular season with back-to-back wins over Washington and Rutgers. The Huskers defeated Indiana in their only matchup of the season Jan. 8 at Pinnacle Bank Arena, 78-73.
