Someone is $50,000 richer after purchasing a Powerball ticket for the Saturday, January 17 drawing. The Nebraska Lottery has confirmed that one ticket sold for the $179 million Powerball drawing matched four of the five white ball numbers and the Powerball number.
The ticket was sold at Family Fare at 1815 East Court Street in Beatrice. The winning numbers from Saturday’s Powerball draw were 05, 08, 27, 49, 57, the Powerball was 14. Prizes for Nebraska Lottery Lotto games can be claimed up to 180 days after the draw date.
Prizes of $20,000 or more must be claimed at Lottery headquarters in Lincoln.
