Those experiencing some of the most severe outcomes from COVID-19 are unvaccinated. LLCHD strongly urges everyone who is eligible to get vaccinated. Vaccination helps prevent severe illness, saves lives, and slows further spread of the virus.

There is a vaccination clinic Thursday, December 30th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Health Department, 3131 O Street. This is first and second doses for ages 5 and older. Pfizer booster doses will be given for those age 16 and older. Moderna booster doses are available for those 18 and older.

Testing continues at Bryan Health, CHI Health, Nomi Health located at Gateway Mall and at local pharmacies.
