Nebraska football’s Kenneth Williams and Jacory Barney, Jr., were honored as all-conference performers by the Big Ten’s media and coaches Wednesday, as the league announced the defense and special teams All-Big Ten squads.
Williams was named second-team All-Big Ten by the media and third-team All-Big Ten by the coaches as a return specialist. Barney earned third-team honors as a return specialists by the media.
No Huskers were named All-Big Ten by either the coaches or media, but Andrew Marshall, Ceyair Wright, Dasan McCullough, DeShon Singleton and Javin Wright were named honorable mention All-Big Ten by the coaches, while Marshall, Ceyair Wright, Singleton and Javin Wright were honored by the media.
The Big Ten will honor its All-Big Ten offensive honorees tomorrow.
