The No. 2 Nebraska wrestling team opened its 2025-26 season like it began last year: with a championship in the Navy Classic in Annapolis, Md. It was the Cornhuskers’ fourth straight Navy Classic title, and five NU wrestlers won their weight class championships. Brock Hardy (141), Antrell Taylor (157), LJ Araujo (165), Christopher Minto (174) and Silas Allred (184) all won their weight classes. 11 of 15 Huskers to compete placed.
Nebraska racked up 144 team points, with Pitt in second with 126 team points and Navy in third with 95.5 points.
The Huskers come home to open their dual season Friday to face Army at John Cook Arena at 7 p.m.
