The search is on for a man who Lincoln Police say robbed the Kwik Shop near 23rd and ‘N’ Street around 12:15 Saturday morning. “The clerk told officers an unknown man entered the store and demanded money while holding a gun,” says Public Information Manager Erika Thomas.
“The suspect is described as approximately was wearing a black hoodie with the hood up, a bandana covering his face, black sweatpants and white shoes.” Thomas says the clerk said the suspect ordered her and a customer to stand near the register while she removed an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect took the money and ran off.
