A Lincoln Police officer stopped a car without license plates just before 11 p.m. on November 30th near 17th and Washington.
The officer recognized the passenger as 51 year old Richard Booker who was wanted for felony assault. Booker was taken into custody and in possession of 1.3 grams of methamphetamine and two bags of suspected “fake” methamphetamine weighting 15.8 grams. Officers also found a switchblade knife with an 11 inch blade and 31.2 grams of marijuana.
Booker was arrested for possession with intent to distribute a counterfeit controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
