Lincoln Police were called to the 3900 block of Cornhusker around 5 a.m. Wednesday to investigate a robbery. A 24 year old man told police he met a woman at a downtown bar and both went back to her apartment.
The victim said there was another man in the apartment and both assaulted him while demanding money. The took his money, jewelry, and shoes.
The victim was able to get away and called police. He was taken to a hospital and treated for minor injuries.
