A Lincoln Police officer patrolling near 36th and Touzalin Avenue around 4 Saturday afternoon saw a 45 year old man injured and bleeding. The victim was rushed to a hospital and is currently listed in stable condition.
The victim told police that he had been involved in an argument with 51 year old Jan Noch a few weeks ago. The two men ran into each other again and the argument continued. That led to punches by both men. The victim stated that Noch pulled out a knife and stabbed him several times in the arm and torso.
Noch was located nearby and he was booked for first degree assault and use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony.
Police say both men lived in the same neighborhood.
