A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect from midnight Monday night to 9 a.m. Tuesday.
Very cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 25 below zero. This is in effect for portions of east central, northeast and southeast Nebraska and southwest and west central Iowa.
The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Use caution while traveling. Wear appropriate clothing that includes a hat and gloves.
