Vaccine appointments are for Nebraska residents only. If you are not a Nebraska resident please register with your state of residency as we will be unable to assist non-residents.
Welcome to the Nebraska State Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) COVID-19 vaccine registration portal. Here’s how to register:
- Fill out a short questionnaire.
- If you’re eligible in the current vaccine phase, you’ll be able to schedule your vaccine, pending supply and appointment availability.
- If you’re not eligible, you’ll receive an email when your phase is ready for vaccinations.
We are actively monitoring the phase progress for our statewide vaccine distribution plan and will update all of our communications accordingly when we have added additional phases/priority groups. Though you are welcome to register via this portal now, we recommend waiting until you have confirmation your priority group is being served. This will help ensure you receive both timely and accurate email or text message communication specific to your vaccine appointment.
