Lincoln Police are investigating two CBD – vape shop burglaries.
The first happened on Wednesday, November 10th. An alarm sent LPD officers to Trek CBD at 505 N 27th Street at 4 a.m. Officers found the front door glass broken and the store had been rummaged through. LPD reviewed store security video with an employee that showed at least one man enter the store and remove help products. The estimated loss is $730 and the damage to the building totaled more than $1,000.
On November 11th at 5 a.m., Lincoln Police responded to an alarm at Kure CBD and Vape at 4230 S 33rd Street. Officers again arrived to find the front door glass broke and the store rummaged through. An employee reviewed the security video with police that showed at least two men enter the store and remove merchandise. The estimated loss if $500 but the owners continue to take inventory. There is no damage report to the building available.
