Shortly after 9 last night Lincoln Police responded to an alarm at Nebraska Coin and Collect at 4211 O Street.

LPD Lieutenant Jason Goodwin told KLIN News a male wearing a black jacket carrying a backpack broke out the front glass window and entered the business. The man took several items and left.

At 10:02 pm police responded to the 1700 block of North 32nd Street where six to eight gunshots were heard. A dark-colored sedan was seen leaving the area and no damage was found.

A few minutes later Goodwin said officers investigated a hit and run near North 27th and W Street where several males were seen running from a disabled car. The preliminary investigation shows the vehicle was related to the shooting.
