The world touring magic-troupe The Illusionists will be bringing their holiday-season spectacular to Lincoln this month for one night only.

Their “Magic Of The Holidays” show will fill up the Lied Center on December 17, at 7:30 p.m., featuring five of the world’s best illusionists performing outrageous and astonishing acts of epic proportions. This new U.S. tour based off the smash-hit Broadway production is headed to more than 20 cities this holiday season.

“Each of the illusionists have their own specialty. There is a mentalist who reads minds. There is somebody who focuses on card tricks and close up magic. There are larger illusions making things appear and disappear. And, or course, there’s definitely plenty of audience participation,” said Lauren Silverman Durban, Communications Manager for the Lied Center.

The show is family friendly and will incorporate many holiday themes and elements. Durban says the show will run about 2-hours with an intermission.

Tickets are available now at liedcenter.org, (402) 472-4747, and at the Lied Center box office. Youth tickets are half price for this production.
