Around 2 p.m. Thursday, Lincoln Police stopped a silver Dodge Durango that had improper license plates near 44th and O. The vehicle stopped at a gas station and officers made contact with the driver and four passengers, including 18-year-old Saif Saber. A search of Saber’s backpack uncovered 13 THC rocks, a scale and a bag of ammunition. Under Saber’s seat, officers found a loaded Ruger .380 handgun which was determined stolen from Falls City, Nebraska. Saber also had $325 cash in his wallet. Saber was arrested for Possession with Intent to Deliver Controlled Substance, Possession of Money while Violating a Drug Law, Possession of a Firearm with a Felony drug Violation, and Possession of a Stolen Firearm.
