Lincoln Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing teenager. LPD says 14-year-old Dominic Ruffcorn was last seen November 8, around 7:30 a.m. leaving home in the area of S. 12th and ‘D’ Streets.
He was last seen wearing a hunter orange ball cap and carrying a gray backpack. He is 6 feet tall, weighs 195 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. He was reported missing to LPD last Friday morning.
