A 37-year old man is facing charges after the Narcotics Task Force arrested him around 5:00 Wednesday afternoon. LPD Sergeant Chris Vollmer says the task force saw Peter Jacobson driving a 2002 Lincoln LS near 48th and Fremont.
The vehicle was reported stolen out of Crete on October 6th. “Investigators surveilled Jacobson until he stopped at a nearby residence where he was taken into custody,” Vollmer says. “A search of the stolen vehicle located numerous narcotics paraphernalia items, a 9mm handgun and approximately 41 grams of suspected methamphetamine.”
Jacobson was booked into the Lancaster County Jail for possession of meth with intent to deliver, possession of a firearm with a felony drug violation, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and theft by receiving.
