Lincoln Police say a man traded two wheels for four Tuesday night outside the Laundry Land near 27th and Holdrege. Public Information Officer Erika Thomas says a woman was unloading items from her A white 2009 Nissan Versa with Nebraska plates ASF712 when and man on a bicycle was pedaling by.
