Lincoln Firefighters were called to the scene of a garage fire near 20th and J Streets around 5:30 Tuesday evening.
LFR Public Information Officer MJ Lierman says crews were put the fire out quickly, but it is a total loss.
The fire spread to a nearby home and caused damage to the siding. Damage to the home is estimated at $12,000. There were no injuries reported and investigators are trying to determine what caused the fire.
