The Nebraska State Patrol is taking part in the Pink Patch Project for the seventh straight year.   The project is a national campaign in which many law enforcement officers wear a pink version of their agency’s shoulder patch.

Troopers have the option of replacing their traditional NSP patch with a pink NSP patch for the month of October. “The Pink Patch Project is a wonderful effort that covers the entire country,” says Colonel John Bolduc, Superintendent of the Nebraska State Patrol. “NSP is proud to support the many cancer fighters across Nebraska.”

Pink NSP patches are available for purchase for $10 for citizens at local NSP offices. All proceeds from sales of the pink NSP patches will benefit Nebraska’s Hereditary Cancer Foundation.
